Applicable users will be able to view an active Hinkle System filing link or share the link with financial statement preparers. IPA Contracts Public offices subject to audit by the Auditor of State (AOS) may contract an audit to an independent public accounting (IPA) firm. Situations may arise during the audit which require a modification to the audit services contract between a public office, the IPA firm, and the AOS. You may initiate a modification on this page.
